Surat: Surat – Kadodara road will get a new fly over bridge near APMC market at a cost of Rs. 39.36 crore.

Proposed flyover will ease the traffic problem near APMC in Varachha-A zone area. Large number of commuters use this road stretch due to presence of textile markets in Saroli area and Ring Road.

The locals from Surat Godadara, Parvat Patiya, Punagam use this road to reach Varachha and Katargam. Especially in peak hours, this road stretch witnesses heavy traffic.

Surat Municipal Corporation(SMC) has therefore moved a proposal to build a flyover near APMC market in accordance with BRTS bus stand. DeshGujarat
