Rajkot RTO officer files complaint against Twitter user for defamatory post

Rajkot: A complaint has been filed against an individual after he tagged the Rajkot RTO’s Twitter handle in a post on X.
The in-charge RTO officer has filed a complaint against the individual running the Twitter ID by the name of Bipin Joshi. Joshi, while tagging Rajkot RTO, made a post in which he called the in-charge Rajkot RTO officer ‘Maut ka Saudagar.’ He claimed that bribes are being taken for every task in the RTO. He also alleged that people’s data is not safe in Rajkot RTO. RTO officer Ketan Kumar has logged a complaint with the Cyber Crime police.
Rajkot Cyber Crime police have booked the accused under IPC Section 500 and IT Act Section 66. As per the FIR, two Twitter accounts have been involved in the case, one @bipinjoshi66652 and another @ChiragParm69654, and both IDs are registered on the same mobile number. DeshGujarat
