Patan Court orders Police to file FIR in Balisana Muslim shopkeepers case

Patan: A clash took place between two groups on July 16, 2023 in Balisana village of Patan taluka. After this incident, a video clip was circulated in the social media regarding taking back the rented shops from the Muslim traders in Balisana village.
The Muslims had alleged that Patel Rakeshbhai Kanjibhai, Patel Jayantibhai Gangarambhai, Patel Anilbhai Haribhai, Patel Deepakbhai Narayanbhai, Rohitbhai Madhabhai Channelwala, Patel Dhruvkumar Ishwarbhai were behind the clip and approached police to file a formal complaint(FIR) in this regard. However the Police took application and recorded statements of the alleged persons but didn’t find it worthy to register a crime.
After that the Muslims approached Patan court. After hearing, the Civil Court has ordered police to file FIR in this case. DeshGujarat
