Surat: In yet another rape incident in the state in the past few days, Mandvi police have booked one Arbaz Siraj Pathan for raping and impregnating a 14-year-old Hindu minor girl in Mandvi taluka.

As per the primary information, accused auto rickshaw driver Arbaz Siraj Pathan lured the 14-year-old girl while taking her to school and took her to a deserted place. There, he sexually assaulted the minor girl. It has come to light that Siraj has done such an act many times. Later, this rape came to light when the minor was taken to the hospital for complaints of stomach ache where the doctor told her parents that she was pregnant.

After booking the accused under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and other acts, the police have launched a manhunt for Pathan. DeshGujarat
