16 Western Railway trains affected due to a block at Surat station

Surat: A block will be taken on Tuesday & Thursday, 31st December, 2024 & 02nd January, 2025, for the shifting of point no. 172 at the Surat yard of the Mumbai Central Division. The blocks will be undertaken on UP & Down Main Lines, due to which few Western Railway trains will be affected.

According to a press release issued by Vineet Abhishek, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of the trains that will be affected on 31st December, 2024, & 02nd January, 2025, are given below. All the below-mentioned trains will be regulated in the Vadodara Division:

Regulation of Trains on 31st December, 2024:

1. Train No. 19028 Jammu Tawi–Bandra Terminus Express will be regulated by 2 hours and 30 minutes.

2. Train No. 22954 Ahmedabad–Mumbai Central Gujarat Superfast Express will be regulated by 02 hours 30 minutes.

3. Train No. 22497, Shri Ganganagar–Tiruchchirappalli Humsafar Express, will be regulated by 02 hours and 10 minutes.

4. Train No. 22664 Jodhpur – Tambaram Superfast Express will be regulated by 02 hours.

5. Train No. 09520 Okha–Madurai Weekly Special will be regulated by 01 hour 50 minutes.

6. Train No. 22195 Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi–Bandra Terminus Superfast Express will be regulated by 01 hour 20 minutes.

7. Train No. 19016 Porbandar–Dadar Saurashtra Express will be regulated by 45 minutes.

8. Train No. 20968 Porbandar–Secunderabad Superfast Express will be regulated by 45 minutes.

Regulation of Trains on 02nd January, 2025:

1. Train No. 22475 Hisar–Coimbatore Express will be regulated by 01 hour 30 minutes.

2. Train No. 09002 Bhiwani-Mumbai Central Superfast Special will be regulated by 45 minutes.

3. Train No. 12472 Shri Mata Vaishnodevi Katra-Bandra Terminus Express will be regulated by 40 minutes.

4. Train No. 12912 Haridwar – Valsad Express will be regulated by 30 minutes.

5. Train No. 22717 Rajkot-Secunderabad Express will be regulated by 30 minutes.

6. Train No. 19016 Porbandar–Dadar Express will be regulated by 30 minutes.

Passengers kindly note that:

1. Train No. 19255, the Surat–Mahuva Express, on 31st December, 2024, will depart from PF No. 2 at Surat station.

2. Train No. 09079 Surat–Vadodara MEMU Special will depart from PF No. 2 at Surat station on 31st December, 2024 &
1st January, 2025.
