7.5 Lakh Passengers Using GSRTC Live Tracking App to Track Over 8,000 Buses

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat State Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has made live bus tracking easier for passengers through the ‘GSRTC Live Tracking Mobile Application.’ Currently, more than 8,000 buses in Gujarat are equipped with a live tracking system, benefiting over 7.5 lakh passengers across the state, GSRTC announced in an official statement.

Using the GSRTC live tracking mobile app, passengers can check the live location of buses by entering either the bus number or the PNR number. Additionally, passengers can view the live location of all buses operating on a specific route by providing their boarding and alighting details. Women and senior citizens traveling alone can share the bus’s live location with household members, enabling them to track the bus and estimate its arrival time. This feature allows passengers to plan their travel efficiently and save time by knowing the real-time location of buses.

To enhance the transport system’s efficiency and provide real-time bus locations to passengers, GSRTC offers GSRTC Live Tracking mobile applications for both Android and iOS users. Currently, 7.19 lakh passengers use the Android application, while over 41,000 passengers rely on the iOS version, as further stated in the GSRTC statement. DeshGujarat
