– A triple collision occurred near the Kosamba overbridge on National Highway-48 today. A Honda car collided with a tempo, which then hit an Eeco van. The impact caused the vehicles that were going to Surat to jump over the divider and end up on the opposite side of the road. Six people were injured in the accident nut no fatalities were reported.

– Sankheda town observed a bandh demanding the protection of the ancient Arjunath Mahadev Temple. Located on the banks of the Uchchh River on Handod Road, this Pandav-era temple is at risk of submerging due to soil erosion.
