Minimum temperature on the rise in Gujarat; Vadodara at 17.4°C, Okha warmest at 22°C

Ahmedabad: With the winter season moving towards its end, the minimum temperature is on rise in most parts of Gujarat. As per the India Meteorological Department’s (IMD) daily weather report, Ahmedabad recorded a nighttime temperature of 15.2°C, while Vadodara witnessed 17.4°C. The mercury in Rajkot was at 16.3°C last night, while Surat was the warmest among the four biggest cities of Gujarat at 18.4°C.

As per the IMD report, Dahod and Porbandar were the coldest towns at 13.2°C, while Okha was the warmest as the mercury reached 22°C there. The state capital, Gandhinagar, recorded a minimum temperature of 13.5°C. There was no rainfall reported during the last 24 hours. DeshGujarat
