Gujarat Power DISCOM Websites to Remain Down for 4 Days for Scheduled Maintenance
June 06, 2025
Gandhinagar: The Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) has announced that online services for its four power distribution companies will be unavailable for four days, starting 6 pm today until 10 am on Monday, June 10. The websites of DGVCL, MGVCL, UGVCL, and PGVCL will not be accessible to the public due to scheduled statewide maintenance aimed at enhancing backend system performance.
Officials stated that consumers with overdue bills or those whose due dates fall within this maintenance window should complete their online payments by 6 pm on June 6. After this deadline, online payment services will be disabled across all platforms, and such consumers will need to visit their nearest DISCOM offices to make payments in person.
During this maintenance time services such as online bill payments, status tracking, and complaint registration will be suspended. The shutdown will affect access through company websites, virtual bank accounts, Common Service Centres (CSCs), e-Gram platforms, and partner bank branches.
In addition to the four DISCOMs, around 13 million users will also be unable to access the online services of the Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation (GETCO) and the Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) during this period.
GUVNL has assured that services will resume promptly once the installation and testing of the new systems are completed. DeshGujarat
