July 18, 2025
Ahmedabad: Visitors to the Sabarmati Riverfront are all set to enjoy a new attraction — the Riverfront Moon Trail. Covering around 4,500 square meters, this stunning park will glow at night with more than 54 colorful LED elements. The attraction will be virtually inaugurated by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on July 19, 2025.
At the Moon Trail, visitors will see a variety of illuminated structures, including tigers, lions, giraffes, horses, elephants, rabbits, and flamingos, along with stunning light-up flowers like roses, lotuses, and sunflowers. The park will also feature a two-layer fountain, a glowing tunnel, illuminated swings, selfie points, a dance floor, decorative light balls, and specially designed illuminated tables and chairs, creating a magical and immersive experience for all.
Part of the existing Flower Park, the Riverfront Moon Trail will not require a separate ticket. Entry remains free for children under three years of age and persons with disabilities. Visitors should note that tickets will be issued only until 10:00 PM daily.
