Ahmedabad: A Bopal resident has filed a police complaint against two developers of Ethereum Infracon LLP, Ujash Shah and Sanjay Shah, alleging cheating and forgery in a land development deal.
According to complainant Bhavesh Patel, the developers were assigned to develop and market multiple land plots in Ahmedabad but allegedly forged documents and sold them to other buyers without his knowledge.
Patel has also accused the duo of creating a fake MoU with forged signatures, getting it notarised, and using it to mislead potential buyers and financial institutions. He further claimed that the accused misused an earlier registered development agreement to raise funds from third parties.
The complaint includes details of the allegedly forged documents, disputed property transactions and individuals who were duped. A notary is also suspected of facilitating the fake MoU. Police have registered a case under several BNS sections related to cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy. DeshGujarat
