Customs Dept launches Passenger Facilitation Centre at Ahmedabad airport

Ahmedabad: The Customs Department on Friday launched a Passenger Facilitation Centre (PFC) in the arrival hall near Gate No. 8 of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in the city.
The centre aims to assist travelers with information on customs procedures, baggage regulations and declaration norms, while also addressing queries and grievances related to baggage clearance and passenger movement.
An official said the PFC will help ensure swift resolution of complaints through coordination with the concerned customs officers, and will also allow passengers to share their feedback. DeshGujarat
