Ahmedabad: According to the weather report issued at 8:30 am today, several cities across Gujarat recorded a slight drop in maximum temperatures compared to normal values, while minimum temperatures remained close to average.

Ahmedabad registered a maximum temperature of 30.5°C, which is 2.1°C below normal, with a minimum of 16.3°C. Baroda reported a maximum of 31.0°C, 2.5°C below normal, while the minimum stood at 16.0°C, 0.8°C below normal.

Rajkot remained among the warmer locations during the day, recording a maximum of 33.0°C, only 0.3°C below normal, while the minimum dipped to 14.2°C, 3°C below normal, hinting at colder nights.

In Surat, the maximum temperature settled at 32.1°C (1.8°C below normal) and the minimum at 17.6°C (1.3°C below normal), with humidity levels recorded at 79% in the morning and 55% in the evening.

Coastal locations also experienced similar temperature patterns. Bhavnagar recorded 30.3°C max and 17.8°C min, with humidity peaking at 81%. Veraval reported 31.2°C max and 19.4°C min, with high evening humidity of 72%. Dwarka logged 30.3°C max and 19.3°C min, showing a drop of 1.2°C from normal.

Cold morning conditions were noted at Naliya, which recorded the lowest minimum temperature at 10.8°C, 3.7°C below normal, while the maximum temperature stood at 32.4°C.
