Kutch: The Border Security Force (BSF) on Monday detained another Pakistani couple along the India–Pakistan international border in Rapar taluka of Kutch.
The couple, identified as Popat Kumar (24), son of Nathu Bhai, and Gauri (24), daughter of Gulab, hails from Mithi village in Sindh province of Pakistan. They were caught near border pillar number 1016.
This is the second Pakistani couple detained from the Kutch border in less than two months. Earlier, a pair identified as Toto and Meena was caught near Ratanpar in the Khadir region. The newly detained couple was intercepted by BSF personnel and is currently under detailed questioning, with a complaint registered at Balasar Police Station.
