Atal Bridge, parts of Sabarmati Riverfront to remain shut on Dec 7

Ahmedabad: The Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Ltd (SRFDCL) today announced that Atal Bridge, Flower Park, and parts of the Riverfront will be closed to the public on Sunday, December 7, in view of the large gathering expected for the Pramukh Swami Maharaj Pramukh Varni Amrut Mahotsav celebration.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Event Centre on the Riverfront, where a very high turnout of devotees is anticipated. As part of the security and crowd-management arrangements, the Flower Park, Atal Bridge, and both upper and lower walkways along the Riverfront, from Sardar Bridge to Ellis Bridge, will remain closed to the general public for the entire day on December 7.
