Seven Pakistanis with a boat arrested off Gujarat coast

The Gujarat Coast Guard on Tuesday intercepted a Pak fishing boat “Al Rafeequ”(registered at Karachi port) seven nautical miles off the Gujarat coast and arrested seven Pakistani fishermen at around 1:30 pm near Kori creek which is not a fishing area.
The boat was seized as it entered 15 nautical miles inside the Indian waters. The fishermen aged between 14 and 25 years did not have any identity card. A walkie-talkie set was recovered from them. Their intentions are under suspicion because Kori Creek area from where they are nabbed is not a fishing area. They all were taken to Jakhau for interrogation.
Names of the arrested Pakistanis are Nazir ali(15), Yusuf jamu katiar, Ahmedkhan katiar, Sikandar ali katiar, Tazir ali katiar, Mahommad alam katiar and Mohammad Sidik Katiar. As per their preliminary confession they are from Pakistan’s Thaththa Pir village in Sindh.
