CBI lawyer cites Dawood Ibrahim case for Amit Shah’s remand

CBI lawyer K.T.S.Tulsi today gave example of Dawood Ibrahim, to validate his demand for custodial remand of former Gujarat minister Amit Shah in Gujarat High Court.
While Shah’s lawyer Ram Jethmalani, time and again told the court that his client couldn’t be taken on custodial remand because he was already charge sheeted, today CBI lawyer K.T.S. Tulsi put Supreme Court’s order in Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar case before the High Court judge Akil Qureshi. In Dawood Ibrahim case, custodial remand was approved even after the accused was charge sheeted.
