Congress workers throw black ink over civic engineer, Municipal employees stay away from work in protest

A small group of Congress workers was in one of the Vadodara Municipal Corporation offices to submit a memorandum to Nurm scheme official today afternoon. At the time of handing over the memorandum, one of the Congress workers threw black ink over the civic engineer, insulted him in worst manner, and started asking him questions. To protest this incident, all civic employees of class-2 and class-3 present in the building came out in open and stayed away from work in protest. City engineer has filed police complaint against Congress worker.
