Sunday, December 25th is full of the events.

In the morning at 6.00 am Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the Ahmedabad Marathon 2011. About 8,000 people are likely to participate in this event. (Read details of Ahmedabad Marathon 2011)

By noon there are several programmes at Kankaria lake front. Two baby anacondas will be put open for public in Kankaria zoo. Arms exhibition will take place at Kankaria lake front. In the afternoon Leuva Patels are meeting at Nikol area’s Beti bachavo ground under the leadership of former Chief Minister Shri Keshubhai Patel and Gordhan Zadafia among others.

Gujarat Congress will hold Other Backward Class(OBC) convention.

In the evening Chief Minister Modi will inaugurate Kankaria Carnival 2011 and part of sand stone mural.

Kilometers away in Chorwad, smt Kokilaben Ambani in presence of Mukesh and Anil Ambani and possibly in presence of kathakar Ramesh Oza and Morari Bapu will open a small museum in late Shri Dhirubhai Ambani’s old house. A special helipad has been constructed for landing of three helicopters near the village.
