The Gujarat government today cancelled the transfer of Superintendent of Police (SP) of state Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) Himanshu Shukla.
A notification in this regard was issued today by the state home department.
In the earlier order, passed on January 17, Shukla was transferred as Bharuch district SP, while Arvalli SP Mayur Chavda was transferred as the new SP of the state ATS.

While Arvalli SP Mayur Chavda has been transferred as the new SP of Surat district, the notification stated.
