AMC declares 7 hospitals as designated building containment units for isolation of Covid19 cases

Ahmedabad: Commissioner of AMC has in a requisition order under Epidemic Act, declared 7 hospitals in the city as “Designated Building Containment Unit” for isolation of the cases for Covid19 for Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation with immediate effect.
The hospitals are:
-GCS hospital, Naroda road
-Kothia hospital, Nikol
-Sushrusha hospital, Navrangpura
-Narayani hospital, Rakhial
-Parekh hospital, Shyamal char rasta

-Bodyline hospital, Paldi
-Jivraji Mehta hospital, Vasna
Deputy Municipal Commissioner (Health), Ahmedabad will execute an agreement with the hospitals as per the referred resolution, dated 16th April.
The staff will be at disposal of the AMC administration of concerned area for discharging duty of containment measures.
