Amit Shah to dedicate, hold Khat Mahurat of Rs 280 crore development projects in Gandhinagar

Gandhinagar: Gandhinagar MP and Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, will on the coming Sunday either inaugurate or hold ‘Khat Mahurat’ for Rs 198 crore worth of development projects of the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation and Rs 81 crore worth of development works of GUDA from Mahatma Mandir.
The government has instructed the civic body and GUDA to complete the various development projects that are in the various stages of implementation at the earliest keeping in mind the assembly polls.
Amongst the projects that will be inaugurated are four gardens developed by the GMC. He will also do Khat Mahurat for various water supply and sanitation projects worth Rs 193 crores of the GMC.
A draw for the 134 units in the seven LIG and MIG housing schemes of GUDA will also be held on the occasion.
Shah will also inaugurate GUDA’s new office built at a cost of Rs 17 crore, houses constructed under the MIG 1 at Kudasan at a cost of Rs 38 crore, a water distribution project in Adalaj worth Rs 19.89 crore and an RCC road. DeshGujarat.
