AMC Water Supply disruption in parts of Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad: A power outage at the 300-MLD water treatment plant located at AMC’s Kotarpur Water Works on Monday morning is set to impact water supply in several parts of the West Zone today.

As per civic body officials, due to a power cut at the 300-MLD treatment plant at Kotarpur beginning around 11:30 am on Monday, water supply on Tuesday morning will be reduced by 15 to 30 minutes.

As a result, water distribution will be affected at stations across all wards of the West Zone (except Ranip), as well as Naroda ward in the North Zone and Nikol and Odhav wards in the East Zone.

Areas in the West Zone expected to face disruption include Paldi, Vasna, Vadaj, Navrangpura, Naranpura, Stadium, Sabarmati, and Chandkheda. DeshGujarat
