World Class University is really a great idea. But good campus will be a just one thing in that. I hope there will be a great faculty staff in that university from world over.
And there must be a bond that every man graduated from that university will work in Gujarat for sometime. He will make Gujarat benefited. Otherwise all the shining stars will fly to U.S.(Same is happening in Karshanbhai patel’s Nirma college in Ahmedabad) after finishing studies and ultimately there will be no use of that university for Gujarat.
