You saw how Aishwarya Rai chased Saurashtra’s unique vehcile ‘Chhakado rickshaw’ in one of the scenes of film Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Now you would see Chhakado in another Hindi film called ‘Akrosh’ soon on silver screen.

Recently film star Ajay Devgan, Bipasha Basu and Raima Sen were in Diu for shooting of Priyadarshan’s film Akrosh. The shooting took place at Hotel Azzaro, Hotel Kohinoor, Diu fort, Nagva beach and in a school here.

One of the scenes filmed was in Chhakdo rickshaw with crowd of passengers hanging on all directions. And there were Ajay Devgan, Bipasha Basu and Raima Sen too hanging on Chhakado, singing a song according to those who watched the shooting.

Hundreds of people from southern Saurashtra came to Diu to have a glimpse of stars and shooting that went on early this week here. They especially enjoyed watching a song shoot in which several foreign dancers participated. School children in Diu praised Ajay Devgan who distributed them food during the shoot.
