Surat Police arrests Uzbek girl, files case under foreigners act

Surat Police on Sunday filed case against Uzbek girl Aleshia Volkova for prostitution and overstaying in India even after allowed limit in visa.
Surat police raided Anand Mahel road based Kedar apartment’s seventh floor house owned by one Ami Mehta on Sunday and bursted a prostitution racket operating there. Police arrested four persons including three women that also include one Uzbek woman, who had reached Surat from her base in Delhi. Uzbek woman Aleshia Volkova is in India for more than 6 months. Though her visa expired before seven days, she was still living in India. In view of this, the Surat Police has filed case against her under immoral traffic act and foreigners act.Police also recovered foreign liquor from the place.
