Glad that NaMo is giving so much importance to build infrastructure for renewable energy. The cost is higher right now but in the long run this will look like a lowest cost proposition when the coal, oil, gas depletes fully in 50 yrs. My heartfelt wishes to the ‘Renew Power’ team for success in their venture and hope they surpass their goal. जय श्री राम!
We believe in the words of Suzlon- they are business people.
It reminds of R Tata’s earlier words ‘ stupid if not investing in Gujarat…’.
Good luck !
A very good beginning. Let us hope energy production using “renewable” sources keeps increasing. Wind power and solar emnergy are the most promising available right now. Nuclear power is fraught with too many risk factors and questions on environmental damage, many of them imponderable.
The increase in energy production from 51 MW in 2002 to 3000 MW today, is truly amazing.
