In Ahmedabad court, government lawyer today described Gujarat Congress President Arjun Modhwadia as conspirator in KD Panth affidavit case. Modhwadia is however not accused as per the investigation officer at this point. Modhwadia was initially perceived as possible witness in this case, and it was believed that he would be called for at the most questioning, however after the police added section 120b pertaining to conspiracy in this case, a discussion sparked of that Modhwadia could be arrested. Government lawyer’s today’s version in the court backs this discussion.
