Clean chit to Abhay Chudasama in encounter cases

Senior Gujarat Police Officer Abhay Chudasama has been given clean chit in Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Tulsi Prajapati encounter case. Chudasama’s discharge plea has been approved by Special CBI Court in Mumbai today. Chudasama is out on bail in this case. He was suspended from police force after his arrest, but when he received bail he was taken back on job.
