Former Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court Retired Justice Bhaskar Bhattacharjee, Additional Solicitor General of India Shri Tushar Maheta and former Chief Secretary of Gujarat state Shri PK Lehri participated in Gujarat government’s annual Chintan Shibir on second day today and addressed the participants.
