Gujarat CM announces Rs 6 lakh assistance to widow of constable

The Gujarat Chief Minister has approved Rs 6 lakh aid from her relief fund to a Lok Rakshak Dal police jawan who was killed during Patidar agitation in the month of August this year on duty in Surat.
Jawan Dilip Rathwa was killed in an attack during Patidar agitation. In view of his family’s weak financial condition, the situation of old parents, widow and children the Chief Minister has approved Rs 6 lakh financial assistance in a special case to Rathwa’s widow.
