Rann Utsav 2015-16 kicks off today at Dhordo tent city

Gujarat Chief Minister is on Kutch visit during 23-25 December.
She arrived at Bhuj airport at 4.35 pm yesterday and had night halt at Dhordo tent city where the latest edition of Rann Utsav is going to be organized.
Today on December 24th, the Chief Minister will attend Dharma Sabha atop Kalo Dungar at Dutt Mandir venue. Bhumi Pujan for community hall will take place here by Chief Minister. She will later return to Dhordo tent city at around 1.00 pm.
At 6.00 pm, Chief Minister will inaugurate Rann Utsav 2015-16 formally.
This year’s special attraction in Rann Utsav will be candle light dinner for honeymoon couples, horse riding, Spa, naturopathy facility, bird watching, ATV ride, paragliding, pool table, table tennis, archery, net cricket, new Rajwadi(Royal) tents, wooden floor tents and traditional Bhunga type tents. The tents used by Prime Minister, Union Home Minister and other VIPs during recently concluded DG/IG conference will be a great attraction for high-end tourists for stay.
