A unique punishment by court to 11, caught for drinking in Gujarat

District court of Surat has given a unique punishment to those caught drunk by Amroli and Katargam police.
When 11 drunkards were produced in district court by police, the judge asked them to clean the New Civil hospital and other government hospitals on December 25. A letter in this regard was sent to Resident Medical Officer(RMC) of New Civil hospital instructing him that he should assign cleaning task to accused who were caught for drinking by police.
