Hardik now files complaint against cops of Rajasthan Police

Udaipur: Anti-govt agitation leader Hardik Patel has filed complaint against cops of Rajasthan Police for alleged illegal confinement.

Hardik has in his complaint described opponents a IGP and SP of Udaipur range, ASP Udaipur, DySP Udaipur, Circle Inspector Pratap Nagar and Bhupalpura police station and police station Officer of Pratap Nagar police station.

Hardik whose agitation disturbed the atmosphere of peace in Gujarat State last year for several days and resulted into killing of 10 persons, burning of buses, public property, damage to railway tracks, college, magistrate’s vehicle, bus-stand, dust bins and more was granted conditional bail by Gujarat High Court recently. He was asked to stay outside Gujarat for period of six months. The court had sought his undertaking and details of his location outside Gujarat where he was going to stay.

Hardik who is living in Congress leader’s bungalow in Udaipur visited Shrinathji soon after his shifting to Rajatshan. Udaipur police had called him to police station and asked clearly that he can’t move outside the bungalow as per High Court order.

As he has been prevented to move outside, he has in his complaint sought freedom to move outside the bungalow. On the other hand police is of opinion that he can’t leave the address he has given to Gujarat High Court in his undetaking.

After Gujarat, this boy into political movement supported by section of one caste ahead of next year’s assembly polls is becoming headache for Rajasthan Police it seems.
