Average one inch rain in Amdavad city

Ahmdedabad: The city of Ahmedabad received 1.03 inch rainfall in twenty four hours ending 5.00 pm today. While in South zone and East zone the rainfall was in measurement of over 48 mm, the rainfall in West zone was just8.76 mm, in North zone 7.51 mm, in New West Zone 19.35 mm and Central zone 25 mm.

The level of water at Vasna barrage was 133 ft. Discharge is 8,329 cu sec in river and 700 cu sec in canal. Gate number 26 is opened in 4 ft and gate number 21 and 33 are opened in 3 ft measurement. All underpasses are open for traffic.
