Gujarat govt approval to 7 more TP schemes

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister has approved 7 more Town Planning (TP) schemes including 3 draft TP, 2 preliminary TP and 2 final TP.

Approved TPs include, draft TP 430 Visalpur and 436 (Visalpur-Navapur-Sanathal) in Ahmedabad (AUDA), draft TP scheme 16 (Ahdevada) in Bhavnagar, two varied preliminary TP schemes number 1 (Memnagar) and 47 (Motera-Koteshwar) in Ahmedabad and 2 final TP schemes 11/A Adalaj of GUDA (Gandhinagar) and 09 in Rajkot.

Visalpur-Sanathal-Navapur area’s 535 hecatre land will have planned development under approved TP. Two draft TP schemes in AUDA will avail 134 plots for public use purposes. 17.86 hectares land will be available for economic and social weak section housing (SEWH), 23.23 hectare land will be available for gardens, open plots, playground etc. Social infrastructure development will be possible in 22.15 hectares land.
