Only RTPCR and Antigen testing are authorized for COVID19: AMC

Sabarmati: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today in a note stated that it has noticed, some private doctors and physicians avoid RTPCR test and stress on other types of tests and on the basis of such tests, a wrong practice of treating COVID19 patients is going on. Such practice is unethical and illegal.
AMC said, attention of AHNA, AMA and AMC has been led regarding such practice. Such doctors have been asked to stop such practice.
AMC said, as per the guideline issued by ICMR, only antigen and RTPCR tests are authorized to test COVID19 infection
