Parents, grand parents in Kadi booked after FSL concludes, a girl child was choked to death

Kadi: Kadi Police has booked parents and grand parents of a month-old girl child for her alleged murder.

Mishti, a one month old girl was second girl child in Patel family in Kadi. Born on 22 December in 2019, she died after one month and two days of age. Mishti was brought dead to local medical clinic with red spot on her throat. When police inquired about this red spot, the family had replied that it was due to infection of milk. Kadi Police had filed 77/19 CRPC section 174 – accidental death case and sent baby’s dead body to Forensic Science Laboratory(FSL) for panel postmortem. FSL report later revealed that the girl was choked to death. Following this, DySP of Mahesana Police has as a complainant filed murder case against parents and grand parents of victim girl child.

The accused are identified as Hardik Upendrabhai Patel, his wife Rinaben Hardikbhai and their parents, residents of Rajbhumi flat on Karannagar road of Kadi. The family has 4-year old girl child Keya. Late Mishti was second girl child in the family. Who exactly executed the murder is yet to be concluded by police. DeshGujarat
