Massive fire in Marudhar Plastic unit in Vatva GIDC estate; Brigade call declared

Vatva: A massive fire broke out in Marudhar industry in GIDC (Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation) Estate Phase IV here on Friday evening. Fire was so massive that Amdavad Fire & Emergency Services (AFES), an arm of Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) declared brigade call and mobilized over 36 fire fighting vehicles to the spot. Chief Fire Officer Rajesh Bhatt also reached the spot and joined the fire fighting operations. No death or injury is reported from the spot. DeshGujarat
