Gujarat reports 14,296 new cases of Covid, 157 deaths in a day

Gandhinagar: Gujarat has reported 14,296 fresh cases of Covid19 infection in day along with 157 deaths and 6,727 recoveries. There are total 1.15 lakh active covid patients in the State. Highest 27 deaths are reported in last 24 hours in Ahmedabad city followed by 26 in Surat city. Highest number of new cases were reported in Ahmedabad city at 5,790 followed by Surat 1,690. As many as 1.24 lakh persons were vaccinated during the day. With this the total persons vaccinated with first dose are 93,63,159 and second dose 19,32,370. DeshGujarat
