Take pledge for Congress’s defeat and take care that Mahathug’s party lose deposit: CR Patil

Surat: Speaking here today in his one-day one-district programme, Gujarat BJP chief CR Patil said,

The leaders of some parties pop up same way as frogs surfacing in the monsoons. They don’t turn up till the election season. And there’s a new Avatar that is attempting to arrive here. I request again and again to the people of Gujarat that at Mahathug is coming to Gujarat and he is coming to Gujarat with his thug act. Gujarat needs to be alert. Do you know this thug? We don’t need to take his name. His name only is thug. Next time when you need to mention him, just mention him by calling him thug. And he is not just thug but a Mahathug. he offers free stuff. I have said before and I am saying it again that there’s a specialty of Gujarat and Gujaratis and there’s a culture of Gujarat that they would extend their hand to give something but not to beg something. They wouldn’t not like to accept anything for free.’

Patil further said, ‘today we have to take pledge that Mandvi seat is lost by Congress. Like in rest of Gujarat, Congress will not be able to open its account in Surat district also and we nee to take care that Mahathug lose deposit on all seats. DeshGujarat
