Minimum temperature rises across parts of Gujarat; Ahmedabad, Baroda record 17.4°C

Gandhinagar: Several parts of Gujarat experienced a rise in minimum temperatures on Monday night. Ahmedabad and Baroda recorded 17.4°C, which is above normal by 4.0°C and 3.2°C, respectively. Bhavnagar and Surat also saw higher temperatures at 17.2°C and 18.2°C, respectively.

As per the India Meteorological Department’s daily weather report, Naliya remained the coldest in the state at 9.6°C, followed by Dang (14.0°C) and Dahod (14.3°C). Coastal towns like Okha recorded 20.4°C, making it the warmest town, followed by Dwarka at 19.4°C. The state capital Gandhinagar also saw a rise in mercury, recording a minimum temperature of 16.5°C. No rainfall was reported across the region.
