Vav-Tharad: In yet another case of stray cattle menace in Gujarat, a 46-year-old man died in front of his son’s eyes after a stray bull gored him in the stomach.
The incident occurred in Vedala village of Tharad taluka when Ajmalbhai Ishwarbhai Parmar, a resident of Kumbhara village, was traveling to Tharad on Thursday to drop off his son and attend to some household work. At that time, two bulls were fighting on the road in Vedala village, prompting Ajmalbhai to stop his bike on the side to avoid any clash. Suddenly, one of the bulls charged at him and thrust its horn into his stomach. He collapsed on the spot, bleeding profusely. Bystanders rushed him to the hospital, but doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
Parmar had sustained severe head injuries, and after a post-mortem examination, his body was handed over to his family. DeshGujarat
