The Gujarat government has today promoted/transferred 27 IAS officers in the state. Following are the details of same:

RK Tripathy, Principal Secretary (PS) Agri and Cooperation is promoted to grade of Additional Chief Secretary(ACS). He is placed as Director General, Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute, Ahmedabdad relieving P.Panneervel of the additional charge of that post.

Rajesh Kishore, PS Health and Family Welfare Department is promoted as ACS. He will work on same post as ACS.

Maheshwar Sahu, PS Industries and Mines is promoted as ACS. He will work on same post as ACS.

HK Dash to hold additional charge of the post of ACS, Ports and Transport department until further orders relieving Shri IP Gautam of the additional charge of the post.

Shahmeena Husain, Collector Sabrkantha is prmoted to Super time scale and made Director (Administration) Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd. Vadodara relieving Shri HS Patel, IAS of additional charge of that post.

Ashwani Kumar, Municipal Commissioner of Vadodara is promoted to super time scale of IAS and has been made MD of Gujarat Urban Development Company Ltd, Gandhinagar replacing Shri SJ Haider.

Sonal Mishra, Director of Employment and Training and MD, Gujarat Skill Development Mission, Gandhinagar is promoted to Super time scale of IAS and appointed to continue to work on same posts.

RC Meena, Commissioner of Tribal Development, Gandhinagar is promoted to Super Time Scale of IAS. He will continue to work on current post.

Manish Bhardwaj, Collector Junagadh is promoted to Super Time Scale of IAS and made Municipal Commissioner of Vadodara replacing Shri Ashwani Kumar.

PH Shah, Collector Surendranagar is promoted tu Super time scale of IAS and has been made new Chief Executive Officer and Rehabilitation Commissioner, Sardar Sarovar Punarvasavat Agency, Vadodara replacing Mr. MS Dagur.

On his repatriation to the state cadre, JN Singh is placed as MD, Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam, Gandhinagar relieving GR Aloria who is on additional charge of the post.

GR Aloria, Joint MD, Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd, Gandhinagar is new PS, Urban development and Urban housing department, Gandhinagar replacing IP Gautam who retires today.

Arvind Agrawal, DG, Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration, Ahmedabad and PS (NRI and ART), General Administration department, Gandhinagar is new PS, Tribal development department, Gandhinagar relieving Bhagyesh Jha, of the additional charge of that post.

AM Tiwari, MD, GNFC, Bharuch is new PS, Education department, Gandhinagar relieving Dr. Hasmukh Adhia of the additional charge of that post. Tiwari will also hold additional charge of the Commissioner of Higher Education, Gandhinagar until further orders as Dr. Jayanti Ravi is transferred.

Punamchand Parmar, Commissioner of Relief and PS, Revenue department and additional charge of PS Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural development, Gandhinagar has been appointed PS, Panchayat, Rural Housing and Rural Development, Gandhinagar. He should hold additional charge of Commissioner of Relief and Ex-oficio PS Revenue department.

Pankaj Kumar, Vice Chairman and CEO of Gujarat Maritime Board, Gandhinagar is new DG, SPIPA, Ahmedabad and PS, General Administration department, Gandhinagar replacing Arvind Agrawal. He will also hold the additional charge as MD, GMDC, Ahmedabad until further orders relieving Shri BB Swain of the additional charge of that post.

Raj Kumar, PS Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Gandhinagar has been made PS, Agri and Cooperation department, Gandhinagar replacing RK Tripathi.

RP Gupta, Commissioner of Rural development and PS Rural development, Panchayats, Rural Housing has been made PS, Food, Civil supplies and Consumer affairs, Gandhinagar.

Manoj Aggarwal, State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Commissioner of Primary Education and Mid-day meals, Gandhinagar is appointed as Settlement Commissioner and Director of Land Records, Gandhinagar replacing Shri RR Varsani of the additional charge of that post.

Dr. Jayanti Ravi, Commissioner of Higher Education, Gandhinagar is appointed as Commissioner of Technical Education, Gandhinagar replacing Shri T.Natrajan.

Dr. V.Thiruppugazh, Commissioner of Information, Gandhinagar is new Commissioner of Rural Development and Secretary to Rural Development, Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural Development, Gandhinagar replacing RP Gupta.

SJ Haider, MD, Gujarat Urban Development Company Ltd, Gandhinagar is made Secretary, Science and Technology, Gandhinagar replacing Raj Kumar of the additional charge of that post.

T Natrajan, Commissioner of Technical Education is placed as Commissioner of Geology and Mining, Gandhinagar replacing Shri V.Y.Vyasa.

Mukesh Kumar, MD of iNDEXTb is placed as State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Ex-officio Commissioner of Primary Education and Mid-day meals, Gandhinagar replacing Manoj Aggarwal.

KN Bhatt, Commissioner of Labour, Gandhinagar is appointed as Commissioner of Land Reforms and Ex-officio Secretary, Revenue department, Gandhinagar relieving GR Aloria of the additional charge of that post.

VY Vyasa, Commissioner of Geology and Mining, Gandhinagar has been made MD of Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd, Gandhinagar relieving Shri T.Natarajan of the additional charge of that post.

AS Patel, Municipal Commissioner of Bhavnagar is appointed as Commissioner of Labour, Gandhinagar replacing Shri KN Bhatt.
