CBI issues second summon,asks shah to appear tomorrow

CBI has issued second summon to Gujarat minister of state Amit Shah today afternoon to appear before Gandhinagar office of CBI tomorrow(on Friday), after Shah failed to appear today by 1 pm as asked in first summon that was delivered to Amit Shah’s home on today morning.

CBI has to file charge sheet in Sohrabuddin encounter case by 26th of this month.

Earlier today, Gujarat govt spokesperson Jaynarayan Vyas said, “though I have no official intimation as yet, It’s a process and law will take its own course.”
