Gujarat Assembly passes Provincial Corporation(2nd Amendment) bill

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Assembly today passed ‘Gujarat Provincial Corporation(2nd Amendment) bill.
Moving this bill, minister of state for Urban development Shri Shankarbhai Chaudhary said, with passing of this bill the tenure of committees in all municipal corporations will be two and half years. He said this rule is already effective in all municipal corporation barring Junagadh. With passing of this bill the rule will also be implemented in Junagadh Municipal Corporation.
