Gujarat HC issues notice to state, Centre over Nizamuddin congregation

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court has today taken cognizance of news reports on the congregation at the Markaz of Tablighi Jamaat at Nizamuddin in Delhi. The High Court has sought details of the participants of the congregation having entered Gujarat or hailing from here.
The High Court has sought report on the steps taken to contain further spread of Covid19 virus through them and corrective/punitive measures that can be and/or are being taken.
