Ahmedabad, DeshGujarat,16th of September, 2008

BJP workers in Gujarat are all set to celebrate Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s 59th birthday on Wednesday, 17th of September.
At 9.00 in the morning party workers of BJP’s Ganghinagar unit are going to organize a religious ceremony ‘Vaidik Shatayu Abhinandana’ to ensure 100 year life for Narendra Modi. At 2.00 in the afternoon, Ministers of state Mayaben Kodnani and Parbatbhai Patel are scheduled to distribute toys among poor children in public schools. From 17th to 25th of September Gandhinagar unit of BJP will distribute nail cutters to the children in public schools to celebrate Chief Minister’s birthday.
In Ahmedabad, MLA Pradipsinh Jadeja has organized a program in his constituency to write at least 5000 post cards to the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh for approval of GUJCOC. Such programs are organized in most of the other constituencies too.
Last year on his 58th birthday, Narendra Modi had surprisingly announced the bifurcation of Surat district in South Gujarat to create an all-tribal ‘Tapi’ district. Speculations were high in Gandhinagar’s bureaucratic circles day before his birthday on possible new announcement by him this birthday.
Sources said, Narendra Modi was scheduled to flag off a train full of assistance for Bihar flood victims from Surat railway station on his birthday.
