Court case was lodged against six persons including father of cricketer Irfan Pathan in criminal court at Vadodara, Gujarat for alleged land-grabbing.

Case was lodged by Ibrahim Patel who claimed that his ancestors property was being sold by third party to cricketer Irfan Pathan’s father Mehbubkhan Pathan.

In his complain, Ibrahim Patel has mentioned that Mehbubkhan Pathan allegedly threatened him in the name of what he said his so called connections with president house and police.
