Lamas visit Vadnagar’s Buddhist Monastery excavation site

Buddhist Lamas who have come to Gujarat to participate in International Buddhist Conference held at Vadodara, today morning visited Vadnagar’s Buddhist monastery excavation site.
The site is being excavated and managed by Gujarat State Archaeological Department in Vadnagar’s Ghaskol Darwaja area.
Buddhist Lamas prayed and asked questions about this excavation with great curiosity.
It should be mentioned that many Buddhist scholars from world-over are gathered in Vadodara where local M.S.University is hosting a Buddhist international conference which is also attended by Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness Shri Dalai Lama.
